Doesn't mean that - that sentence makes no sense at all. XD
Translation would be something like:
"Is here the twelve shone/seemed/rail CD"

Correct translation would be
"Hier sind die 12 Songs der erschienenen CD" or "Hier sind die 12 erschienenen Songs"


How did you try to make the translation? Yourself or with a website or whatever program?

I think Xizer wanted to say 12 track CD, but it translated to 12 rail CD (rail track, get it?). I'm going to make a wild guess erschienenen is like schiene with first stuck on the front making it first-seemed, that's sort of close to "appeared".
