That is true, also Cool Edit Pro can do this with a precision of 0.01%. If you want to stretch or shorten the audio a lot, with 20% or more, and keep the same tone, I noticed that Amazing Slow Downer can do a better job than the regular audio editors. That is why I still use it. However with Amazing Slow Downer you can't stretch or shorten the audio with a precision like Cool Edit Pro can so afterwards you still need to use that software to make the lenght and BMP you really want.

That's for MAC, right? I still use Adobe Audition, and Amazing Slow Downer (see previous messages). Contrary to what I said earlier, Amazing Slow Downer can slow down within a hundredth of a percent, and does so by slowing down or speeding up each sample (similar to frames). That's why it sounds so much better.

Seems Acid pro or Mixcraft would be the Windows alternative to Apple's garageband. (Both are paid software)

Looks fairly standard. Similar GUI and functions to Adobe Premiere.
