Unless there is proof that the original Nick Jr. broadcast included the altered scene structure to easily fit Good To Be Bad into the plot (one Spanish dub notably used this version instead), I came up with this theory after looking up the original promo to the first two LazyTown DVD releases. When talking special features, it mentions that on the Surprise Santa DVD, there is "a brand new song for the kids to sing along to". I guess it's referring to that.
