Comcast users don't count. They have that retarded power boost shit that temporarily bursts their connection up to around 20 Mbps for the first 30 MB or so, which is what is lovingly referred to as the "speedtest cheater" on most sites. Normally their speeds are around 8 Mbps. It also doesn't work on just casually browsing web pages.

Really? I'm guessing they cap it off too. And do they sell it as 20 Mbps internet too? Are you with Comcast?
