Africa's largest crocodilian, these primordial brutes reach a maximum size of about 20 feet (6 meters) and can weigh up to 1,650 pounds (730 kilograms). Average sizes, though, are more in the range of 16 feet (5 meters) and 500 pounds (225 kilograms).

Anyways welcome! And who may you be on YTMND!?

So j00 DONT even voat! What!? Have you seen my sites!?
****, the first episode is set to air on noggin tomorrow at 12:30 CST, and my Tivo's busted. This wouldn't be a problem, except I work from about 7 AM to 2 PM, and can't record it manually. With this said, can anyone upload a video or that?
Okay, sorry for the double post, but first problem. How do I take a screen cap? Print screen was my obvious instinct, but then when I copied it into paint, it gets all weird, like I can move around my media player's frame, but not the actual picture. I tried it with winamp, too. No dice there, either.
That was my first instinct too! Anywho, you will have to use a media player that can take screenshots for you or use VirtualDub (and related) to take snapshots. As for the players that I'm aware of, these 2 programs can take screenshots:
In the options, you can set which key or combination of keys to take the screenshot.
In VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod, found here: http://virtualdub.org/ or http://virtualdubmod.sourceforge.net/ , respectively. This method gives you more control, but going backwards is a pain because it's slow (it's due to the encoding and keyframe placement). To take a snapshot, go to Video at the top, choose Snapshot source frame, give it a filename and choose the format you want to save as. PNG works fine for me. I recommend fiddling around with this and checking out different options. You know, I was actually thinking about making a topic about screenshot methods. Starting from the simple to the advanced (AviSynth/VirtualDub combo with ConvertToRGB). I'll probably make one eventually.

Try that application instead (edit: instead of the default print screen function, nindan's post wasn't there when I made mine). Works like a charm!
After going into Preferences, expand Interface, and choose Hotkeys settings. Next, tick (or checkmark) Advanced options on the bottom right. More options will appear and now you can scroll to Take video snapshot as shown in the screenshot above. Yours should look different since I changed my defaults. I don't really use VLC for taking screenshots anymore.
Don't forget that you can change the directory of where the snapshots go to. In the Preferences, go to Video, and you can change the Video snapshot directory (or filename).
