I brined a whole chicken for an hour or so and then roasted it. Turned out quite good.
I made some onion rings. They were alright.
Lastly I made balsamic vinaigrette to go along with a salad. It turned out quite well. I used one of those bag of greens at the produce aisle. Those things are a gamble. Who knows how long they've been sitting there and if they're properly washed and such.
