I always find that whenever I do this kind of modding, by the time I've finished I can't be bothered to play the game anymore.

I just think "Well, I already know everything they're going to say in far more detail than I should, and I know all their moves and how they'll react to stuff because I told them to do it. I could play the game on a piece of paper at this stage."
