Thousands died, it was a huge tragedy...but I didn't understand it at the time. My mom was mad at me because I didn't react.

Wellllll I wouldn't imagine too many people outside of the US remembering or caring much about 9/11. Especially younger people.
I don't think I would use the term "huge tragedy" buuut yeah..

I used that term because that's what everyone calls it. It wasn't a huge tragedy to me. But then again, thousands did die.

You're right, but there are some outside of the US that remember and did feel sympathy and whatnot.

middle school was best by far.
Then everyone became chavs/idiots at secondary school. Like, I had long hair and eeevery single day I had to put up with loads of abuse about having long hair. I coulda just cut it but I didnt want to ¬_¬

I had the exact same experience
Primary School was like heaven, Secondary School was hell.
Well, a hell that was sometimes fun - I do have some good memories especially of battling the chavs.

thinking about it, 2009 was the best year overall.

Like, I made loads of friends who liked me for who I was. Learnt a lot about myself and got amazing grades.
The only bad thing was I got heart broken (ddaaaaww) but apart from that it was good.

My life was great until third grade, 1998, when I transferred to a new elementary school and everyone called me a retard. The next three years were okay, but the teasing bothered me.

It got worse in middle school 2001---I was eleven years old and constantly bullied with no friends whatsoever. They were all giving me nasty looks in the locker room, pushing me into walls, and spreading rumors about me. I came home crying every day. I know, I know, I'm such a wimp.

Ever since I went to high school in 2004 it's gotten better, but 2005-2006 winter I suffered an almost suicidal depression and my grades tanked. Then I went to college, and it's all been pretty good.

Yeah, isn't there a chemical in tears that causes depression? So, crying {ironically} is an anti depressant!
