I'd have to nominate 'Play Day':
* Awesome stompy song.
* Lots of great costumes
* The scene where Sportucus and Robbie have the 'Wild West' style showdown is one of the best pieces of television made in the history of TV.

At first i didn't think of it, but when you mention it that'd probably be my choice as well.
That one or "Ziggy's Alien", but that's just because I'm in love with the song "Galaxy".

Yes, 'Ziggy's Alien' is a great one too. The thing I LOVE about that one is that they have so much technology in getting the rocket built (microwave uplinks, etc), and then they launch it with a teeter-totter (see-saw). How funny is that !! And the song rocks !
