  • Poem for Magnus and for LazyTown´s Crew

Sorry guys, is on spanish, sorry if you dont understand it, but if you want know what is this, is a poem, a rhyme.
    For Magnus:

    For LazyTown´s Crew:

Re: Poem for Magnus and for LazyTown´s Crew

        Google translation:

        "For Magnus:
In a world where anything is corrupted
and people do not look important.

Children are the most in pay,
but is there anyone who does not want that kind of childhood.

And he wants to see them happy,
        someone that despite the sorrow,
remains a child who likes to play, laugh and jump.

This man is Magnús Scheving, a pure strain of Icelandic
with a goal, the kids amused.

But do not want neither money nor fame, only want to see that smile
        that many of us lack.

As Victor Hugo said "A great idea is one that comes just in time"

So, I appeal to those people whose children felt forgotten
LazyTown recalled because they have a life and flatter, which
live happily and that's what the world again.

LazyTown will be remembered as that series was born from the passion of a man who wants a world
more just and noble, without wars and sorrows, in full harmony, and that
is the true essence of life.

And so I dismissed, I hope you have been pleased, because as Magnús once said "I have friends who have won money but are not happy, but
I consider myself the richest man in the world because I do something I like, I do it for passion and that is important.

Magnús And I say to keep it that way, because like you, still missing in the world.

        For LazyTown's Crew:
This poem is dedicated to children's Studio,
trabajáis because I know that much.

        Hours and hours without stopping,
Holidays at the end you have to be very enthusiastic.

But I'm sure to see the children happy
you do not mind it that way sometimes.

        You are great friends
and I hope that this friendship will last far into infinity.

        I dismissed this poem,
I hope you've liked the lyrics.

And finally I say to you that I have a friend is a treasure,
honestly do not remember who said it,
        but whoever is right,
Magnús like it has a big heart,
I am glad that he and I are found in people in our same condition."

        Bravo!!

Re: Poem for Magnus and for LazyTown´s Crew

Knowing to Beticaforver I would try the following translation (a little more exact than the previous one in terms of the spanish phrases written originally):

"In a world, where all is corrupt
and the people don’t care about what really matters,
the children are the ones that pay it more,
but there’s someone who don't like that kind of childhood.

And he wants to see them happy,
          someone that despite the sorrow,
still is a boy inside who likes to play, smile and to be jumping.

This man is Magnús Scheving, a 100% Icelander
with a goal in his mind: to entertain to the children in a healthy maner.

But he doesn’t want neither money neither fame,
he only wants to see that smile that many of us lost and claimed.

And like Víctor Hugo said "The strongest thing in the world, is an idea whose time has come"
so, I desire to do a calling for all those people whose childhood they believed forgotten,
because LazyTown will bring it to them again and they will have a simpler life,
in which they will live happy and that is exactly what the world claims.

LazyTown should be recalled as a series that was born of the passion of a man who wanted a more fair and noble world,
without wars nor sadnesses, in complete harmony,
and that is the authentic life essence that we all need.

And so I leave you now hoping you have been pleased,
because like Magnús once said: "I have friends who have won money but are not happy,
but I consider myself the richest man in the world because I do something I like,
I do it for passion and that is the only thing that matters."

And I say to Magnús: “go on in this way, because like you, the world needs more people”.

          ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

          For LazyTown´s Crew:
I’m dedicating this poem to the boys at the Studio,
because I know you work a lot.

          Hours and hours without stopping,
for sure you all are wishing your holidays,
but I’m sure it doesn’t seem so important
when you see in the faces of the children such a happiness.

          You are great friends,
and I hope this friendship last for a long time, I hope it last forever.

And so I leave you now hoping you have enjoyed these lines.

And to finish I tell you: "who has a friend has a treasure".
I sincerely don’t remember who said it,
          but whoever was absolutely right.
because like Magnús has a great heart,
I'm happy that he and I have found people of our same condition."

P S. : sometimes the rhyme worked, sometimes not (due to the differences of languages and because the original Spanish poem did have it neither). Sorry.

          :)

just wonderfull. thanks for this Ana (and hlazytownero for the translation).
