                        Does this mean that a person from Italy had a downtime when visiting the site? Because I have not experience any downtime since the major checking you did some weeks ago.

                            Those are loading times >30 seconds. It's rgistered as down. An error like error 500 is registered as orange exclamation mark.

                                                thanks pooky for the constant water-level-report but change the measure unit of the ordinate into "s" and you'll get the real response time over here (10-30 seconds)...
