I saw that Karma CD sitting in the store lo these many years ago and bought it because I liked the cover art. I had no idea what it would sound like, but that was often par for the course, and I could tell by the art that the artist had good taste.
Delerium uses female guest vocalists. They used Sarah McLachlan for "Silence" and since she was something of a thing at the time, it got some airplay eventually. But my favorite tracks tend to use Kristy Thirsk, a master (mistress?) of the "ethereal high range female vocals" style, as you can hear in Flowers Become Screens, above, and Enchanted.
She had her own band, Rose Chronicles. Here are some of my favs from their album Shiver.

Another album in the same style as those two Delerium albums. Balligomingo's Beneath the Surface. Thirsk was involved in this project too in various ways but only sang on one track (not this one).
