Inside the tin, the powder is in a sealed silver bag with a really long neck. What do you do with yours? Do you cut off just the top sliver and use a long spoon to dip in, and then curl the bag around itself and put it back? Do you cut off most of the neck of the bag so the powder is easy to reach? Or do you dump it in the tin and throw away the bag?

Weirdly part 2 comes a year before part 1. Peculiar. He concluded room temp and freezer were both better for storage in one test, but in another it seems the fridge one was less bitter. I guess it depends on whether you like bitterness.

Reddit people seem to like refrigerating it and it seems to be a common practice. On the other hand, clearly it did not arise this way in the 1500's and is a new, technology based thing.
