Buzz dunno if you saw, but they actually reunited in early 2010 (minus an eventually cancelled reunion planned in 2005) and began writing music that's on this upcoming album. They also toured during the 10's. They were only truly gone for 15 years (albeit still a while)

They've been writing music for over a damn decade so my my expectations are unreasonably high lol
