I love dancehall. I have fond memories of listening to it on the radio while driving on bridges and islands on the Gulf of Mexico coast

I consider this a technically perfect pop song. The guitar solo is short and precise, the final verse has that wonderful synth line added.

Duran Duran side project for some members. 1985.

          Really interesting video actually

John Taylor makes a guest appearance as, presumably, the Devil showing Nick Rhodes his soul contract.

I haven't envied a lot of people in my life but I think I could swap places with Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes or John Taylor and probably be happy with the life I lived.

Hard to believe this is 40 years old. Never turn down a chance to go dancing, that phase of life will not come again.

I'm getting the distinct impression the cover of Candy O is being censored on youtube
It used to be there. Now I can't even find the original cover with the full album. Except for below.

" little rubber vibration feet" My last turntable as well. Wasn't as fancy as that one though. Can't believe how good that vinyl sounds. Pristine.

It could have done without the intro. It should have started right off at 0:47. I like the little touches the remix added. "Here come's the twister"

Would have been even more clever if it started off at 0:42

I think The Cars is the only group I know of since The Beatles where they switched off so much on who did lead vocals.

That was 1984 same year as The Cars' video. Yes' Leave It music video 1983. I vaguely remember the Yes video being praised a lot for its graphic use.
