Yes, I can't remember about the biker, but *spoiler ahead* when the family get their young daughter to the beauty pageant, she dances like those whore single ladies kids do to the song "super freak" not something girly like the other kids in the movie.

The biker is right at the end of the vid, and he also appeared in the movie just before the dance starts. The girl's dad sits next to the biker (whom is wearing headphones, listening to rock), and asks him : "hey, which one is your kid?" . The biker replies: "is this your first time to this event?". The dad says : "Yes". The biker smiles back in irony and puts his headphones back on.
