I was really tired and bored late one night about a year ago, and saw a show on some channel I can't remember...it was about life-like, life-size sex dolls. And it was pretty interesting. The company makes dolls that look and feel human, and they can talk (pre-recorded)...you order them to your specific preferences, or you buy one pre-made. When you do stuff to them, it feels realistic, but the suction on them is supposed to be pretty incredible. You can buy male, female, or trans and it's $3000+.

I suppose they could make children, but I don't think those people are quite sick enough.
