Ahahaha, those clips are great, I love the guy doing the door-to-door thing XD I would guess... Stefan might be the drunk at the very end and/or the 'woman' at the door in the very beginning. That footage is 13 years ago, so he must've been really young then o_o!

The info posted with the original link on the LazyTown LJ page gives the other singer's name as Hreimur Ö. Heimisson from the band Land og Synir. The track title is Sigurjón Digri.

What's the song about, anyone??

Not entirely sure. I think the main bit that Stefán Karl sings is "take your shoes off" :? but I could be wrong. And the chorus is something like "We're coming to see and to be victorious", as far as I can make out. It sounds a bit odd to me, so perhaps my very slight knowledge of Icelandic is even more rubbish than I thought!
I'll have to ask someone else.
