I think the main bit that Stefán Karl sings is "take your shoes off" :? but I could be wrong. And the chorus is something like "We're coming to see and to be victorious", as far as I can make out. It sounds a bit odd to me, so perhaps my very slight knowledge of Icelandic is even more rubbish than I thought!
I'll have to ask someone else.
It's a remake of this song:
That explains why Stefan sings, "Take your shoes off!" ^_^

Yes, I downloaded that Stuðmenn version as well, just for good measure! :)
Isn't Stefán Karl's song Reykjavík a collaboration with Stuðmenn? Perhaps he's a fan or something!
Yarr harr fiddle-de-de, being a is all right with me! Do what you want 'cause a lives free, you are a !

While he was working on LazyTown a few years back, he would finish working and used to play gigs in the evening with Studmenn.
Lyrics
Magnús: - I have fans of all ages and I don't think it's weird when older people like LazyTown. LazyTown appeals to people for many different reasons: dancing, acrobatics, etc.
I uploaded that video, hehe, that is my account, well one of the three accounts I have, and yes, Stefan is very funny, hehe.
That was a great video. I'd posted a link to yours from tumblr a few days back and actually got a few likes and reblogs right away. One of them was from an Icelander who noted The last thing Stefán Karl can be heard screaming is “have you seen a broom shaft up the arse, you losers!?”. I'm going to see if the poster is interested in translating the rest of the lyrics. (Though the original version's music video clues you in somewhat as to what the song is about.)
