The best way I could describe it is that it's a publically funded 2 year school. I'm sure you have them in your country. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you went to one. But you probably call them something different.Comment

We call it different, in fact we have no duo system like your country. And then they ask me "OMG HOw DID YOU DO THAT" when I use proxies to come here lol.
They are so computer-ignorant. All they use it for is pictures, myspace, and cybering guys in chat rooms
