If this site didn't comply, would we be shut down? Would this site be prohibited to USA minors or people even older then that?

And all they have to do is target just 1 or 2 to put the fear in all others to force compliance.

The law does not apply to US children, it applies to sites which provide services to the US, which this site does.

We will see what happens. It hasn't passed yet, maybe it won't, or it will be changed. It would affect so many sites that it is hard to see how they would enforce it. But sometimes the mere threat of enforcement is enough to get sites to comply with a law.

I vaguely knew about Dr. D and Mr. B. Videos would pop up in recommended every now and again. I stick with mostly the tech and science videos
“Content creators” are getting out of hand at this point, same goes for TikTok “influencers”. I don’t get a lot of Dr. D videos but I do get a lot Mr. B videos. Personally I’m not a big fan of Mr. Beast since the way the videos are structured unless it’s helping out a small community. I’m not a tech person but I do love my science tho

but the drama gets so big I invariably get recommended the drama due to youtube's algorithm. I'm like okay what's going on now.
And after I watch the drama unfold, I sit back and feel "Ignorance is bliss" sometimes.

I guess this a tread now. I’m not sure when it’s going to happen but probably around next year. I kind of knew this was going to happen since phones are now banned in schools in Australia (if you do get found with a phone it goes straight to the office. But most people including me bring our phones to school and hide them in our bags or pockets). I wonder how people in primary school and lower grades in high school are going to react to this while people from the senior grades of high school are able to still have social media

VPN can also be use to pass by the ban as well. But not all VPNs are useful or just hacks people in general

I don't know why I'm thinking about this but if LazyTown has a discord community (which it probably does) and this site isn't banned for younger people. Would all them immigrate to over here 🤔 (this is probably a stupid thought)
